Financial Planning & Analysis, APAC Customer Support Services
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary finance support and contact for APAC Customer Support management team.
- Work directly with support sales team and financial systems to create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. -Provide meaningful reporting and analysis for use in bi-weekly pipeline and territory reviews.
- Provide in-depth analysis of sales performance on a monthly basis, including stratification of sales by contract type and customer declines.
- Maintain quarterly revenue forecast across APAC, comprehensive of assessing local forecast assumptions.
- Drive continuous process and forecasting improvements, with a strong emphasis on improving revenue predictability.
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc analysis and reporting of headcount and expense.
- Reconcile quarterly actual results for revenue and expense to forecast by country.
- Assist and leverage regional finance teams during month-end and quarter-end accounting close to ensure GL integrity of Support P&L.
- Quarterly/annual budgeting across APAC by country.
- Work with financial systems groups to streamline and improve reporting processes.
- Ad hoc financial analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate with degree in accounting, business, commerce or economics or equivalent professional qualification. MBA or CPA a plus.
- Minimum four years experience as a financial analyst, two as a Sr. Analyst.
- Able to proactively identify issues and drive resolution with minimal guidance, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- High proficiency with Excel and strong computer skills. Able to learn new systems quickly.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels within the company.
- Spoken and written English proficiency.
- Experience supporting services (consulting, customer support) is a MAJOR plus.
- Experience with PeopleSoft GL, Hyperion Pillar is EXTREMELY preferred.
- Exposure to working in an HQ capacity and working cross-culturally.
